INGREDIENTS:
- 1 c broccoli florets
- 1 c cauliflower florets
- 1 c carrots (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1⁄2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 Tbsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Steam vegetables over boiling water until just tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sesame seeds, and salt.
