- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp jalapeno (minced)
- 2 Tbsp red onion (minced)
- 1 grapefruit (peeled, membrane removed, sectioned, and chopped)
- 1 tsp cardomom (ground)
- 2 Tbsp cilantro (chopped fresh leaves)
- 1⁄2 red bell pepper (minced)
Toss all ingredients together. Serve chilled as a side dish to barbecued meat, seafood or nachos.
