INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 c broccoli florets
  • 1 c cauliflower florets
  • 1 c carrots (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1⁄2 Tbsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

Steam vegetables over boiling water until just tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, sesame seeds, and salt.
