Smoothies have been around since the 1920s, when they were created by Julius Freed. They were made to help people with stomach health problems, which continues to be the case. We use smoothies as a healthy way to get the protein that we need. Many also use smoothies for things like weight loss. Yet for so long we have enjoyed smoothies for their delicious taste. There are an endless amount of ways in which a smoothie can be made. Mostly containing fruits and veggies, with vitamins that contain very beneficial nutrients. Berries such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries being of the many ingredients used to make them. One of my favorites would be a Triple Berry Smoothie. Smoothies are very easy to make such as the Triple Berry Smoothie which you can make with the following ingredients and instructions. 


  1. Take out berries from freezer 
  2. Collect ingredients
  3. Add liquids into the blender
  4. Then add berries into the blender
  5. Blend as long as need for preferred consistency
  6. Enjoy!


-1 banana 

-1 cup frozen strawberries 

-1 cup frozen black berries 

-1 cup frozen raspberries 

-1 ¼ cup almond milk 

-½ cup greek yogurt
